4. NATURAL STONE VARIATION

All URJA INC products are handcrafted using natural stones and materials.

As natural stones are unique by nature, slight variations in:

URJA INC does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services at this time.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

URJA INC currently ships only within India.

Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the website are approximate and may vary depending on:

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 10 hours from the time of placing the order.

After 10 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as processing and packaging may already begin.

URJA INC reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Suspicious activity
  • Technical errors
  • Operational limitations

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

URJA INC does not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect product selection by customer
  • Minor natural stone variations

Returns or exchanges are only applicable if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is broken
  • The wrong item was delivered

To initiate a valid claim:

  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery completion
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory
  • Clear product photos must also be provided

Claims submitted without proper proof may not be accepted.

Approved refund or replacement decisions shall be made solely at the discretion of URJA INC after verification.

Refunds may also be issued in situations involving:

  • RTO (Return to Origin)
  • Logistics failure
  • Undelivered prepaid orders due to courier issues

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.

9. PRODUCT CARE RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for maintaining products properly after delivery.

URJA INC shall not be liable for damage caused due to:

  • Perfume or chemical exposure
  • Mishandling
  • Accidental breakage
