CANCELLATION POLICY

At URJA INC, every order is carefully prepared, processed, and packaged with attention to detail and intention.
As our products involve handcrafted preparation and order processing workflows, we maintain a strict cancellation policy to ensure operational efficiency and fairness.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION WINDOW
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 10 hours from the time the order is successfully placed.
Cancellation requests submitted after the 10-hour window shall not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION
To request an eligible cancellation, customers must contact us only through:

Cancellation requests sent through:
- Instagram DMs
- Social media comments
- Calls
- Other unofficial channels
may not be considered valid.
Customers are advised to include:
- Order number
- Full name
- Registered email address
- Cancellation request details
for faster processing.
3. NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- The 10-hour cancellation window has passed
- The order has already entered processing
- The order has been packed
- The order has been shipped
- The order has been handed over to the courier partner
Once order preparation begins, cancellation requests shall no longer be entertained.
4. SALE, PROMOTIONAL & LIMITED DROP ORDERS
Orders placed during:
- Promotional campaigns
- Special launches
- Limited edition drops
- Sale periods
- Discount events
may become non-cancellable immediately after successful order confirmation depending on operational requirements.
URJA INC reserves the right to determine cancellation eligibility for such orders.
5. REFUND FOR APPROVED CANCELLATIONS
For eligible cancellations approved within the cancellation window:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
- Refund processing may take approximately 5–10 business days
- Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banking and payment gateway procedures
URJA INC shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment service providers.
6. FRAUD PREVENTION & ORDER REVIEW
URJA INC reserves the right to:
- Refuse cancellation requests involving suspicious activity
- Cancel orders suspected to be fraudulent
- Cancel duplicate or bulk misuse orders
- Reject repeated abusive cancellation behavior
In such situations, refund decisions shall be made solely at the discretion of URJA INC after internal review.
7. MODIFICATION OF ORDERS
Requests for:
- Address changes
- Product changes
- Contact detail changes
may not be possible once order processing has started.
URJA INC does not guarantee modification requests after order placement.
8. POLICY RELATIONSHIP

9. FINAL DECISION RIGHTS
All cancellation requests and related decisions shall remain subject to verification and approval by URJA INC.
URJA INC reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not comply with this policy.
