At URJA INC, every order is thoughtfully prepared with care and intention before dispatch.

As part of our process, crystal products may go through cleansing and preparation rituals before shipping. We aim to deliver every order safely, securely, and in premium condition.

Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

URJA INC currently ships only within India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

As our products are carefully prepared, cleansed, and packaged before dispatch, processing times may occasionally vary during:

  • High order volumes
  • Launch periods
  • Festivals
  • Public holidays
  • Operational delays

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation once the order has been dispatched.


3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:

URJA INC shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

URJA INC currently offers free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

No additional shipping fee is charged during checkout unless otherwise specified.


5. COURIER & DELIVERY PARTNERS

Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners such as:

Courier partners may vary depending on serviceability and operational requirements.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking details
  • Courier tracking updates

Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates and ensuring availability during delivery attempts.


7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping details
  • Providing correct contact information
  • Being available to receive the delivery

URJA INC shall not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

If an order is returned due to customer-related delivery failure, additional re-shipping charges may apply.


8. RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO) ORDERS

If an order is returned to URJA INC due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

the order shall be treated as an RTO (Return to Origin).

In such cases:

  • Original shipping/logistics charges will be deducted
  • The remaining eligible amount may be refunded to the original payment method

Refund timelines may vary depending on banking and payment gateway processes.

URJA INC reserves the right to deny repeated fraudulent or intentional RTO orders.


9. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

Customers are advised to:

  • Check packages carefully at the time of delivery
  • Avoid accepting visibly damaged or tampered packages
  • Record a complete unboxing video while opening the package

Unboxing video proof is mandatory for:

  • Damage claims
  • Missing item claims
  • Wrong product claims

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.


10. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather disruptions
  • Natural events
  • Public holidays
  • Remote location serviceability
  • Operational interruptions beyond our control

URJA INC shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.


11. FAILED DELIVERY & RE-SHIPPING

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer-related reasons and re-shipping is requested:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply
  • Re-shipping will only be initiated after payment confirmation for re-delivery charges

URJA INC reserves the right to refuse re-shipping in cases of repeated failed delivery attempts.
